Remarkable and strenuous day hike experience to one of the most beautiful places on the planet, the base of the Torres del Paine. The mobile begins to pick up passengers at their respective lodgings in Puerto Natales from 06:15 hrs to be at Portería Laguna Amarga at approximately 08:30 hrs, starting the trek from Hotel Las Torres around 09:00 hrs.

The level of demand of this excursion is medium to medium-high (9 kms of ascent, with a difference in altitude of almost 900 meters), therefore it is not advisable for sedentary people, or advanced age. The ascent can take about 3.5 hours on average, at a normal pace and taking the corresponding breaks, with the last half hour of very slow progress due to a sector of moraine or medium-sized stones left by the glacial ice.

Once at the main viewpoint of Base Torres, you will have plenty of time to take pictures of the spectacular surroundings, and to feed and hydrate yourself sufficiently to begin the descent. Between 17:00 and 18:00 hrs all the group should arrive back in the van to start the return trip to the city of Puerto Natales.
