NAVIGATION TO BALMACEDA & SERRANO GLACIERS

Fantastic full day maritime experience through the Ultima Esperanza fjord, to reach the largest protected area in South America, the Bernardo O’Higgins National Park.
The reception of passengers begins at 07:00 hrs in the center of the city, from where the buses of the shipping company will take them to Puerto Bories (5 kms away) for later departure of the vessel scheduled at 08:00 hrs. On the way to these mountain glaciers, scheduled stops will be made to photograph the various attractions of the fjord, such as: Roquerío de los cormoranes (southern birds), sea lion ravine, and condor waterfall.
After 3 hours of navigation the boat stops for the delight of visitors in front of the Balmaceda Glacier, and after 15 minutes docking at the pier of the National Park where a guided walk of about 60 minutes (round trip + stay in viewpoint) where you can access through a trail to the main viewpoint of the Serrano Glacier.
The return is through the same fjord, where you will be offered a whisky on ice from the Serrano Glacier as an aperitif, to later get off the catamaran at a beautiful Patagonian estancia to enjoy a typical lunch of grilled lamb or chicken.
The entrance fee to Bernardo O’Higgins National Park is included in the price of the tour, and the estimated time of return to Puerto Natales is around 16:30 hrs.
